How Our Pricing Works
Inspection — $89 home, $129 commercial
A technician comes out, tests the appliance and identifies what actually failed. Phone diagnosis guesses; on-site diagnosis does not.
You Get a Price Before Any Work
We tell you what the repair costs, parts and labor together. If a part has to be ordered, you know that too.
You Decide
Go ahead and we fix it. Decline and you pay the inspection fee and nothing else — no pressure, no callback pitch.
Free Estimate With Repair
If you approve the repair, the inspection fee is credited toward the total. So when we fix the appliance, the diagnosis costs you nothing extra. Emergency inspections are the exception — those are charged separately and are not credited.

Most calls land nearer the bottom of these ranges than the top. A dryer heating element, a washer drain pump or a fridge defrost heater are all inexpensive parts — the upper end is compressors, sealed systems and control boards.
When a Repair Is Not Worth It We will say so. If the cost of the repair approaches what the appliance is worth, you get that opinion straight, and you still only pay the inspection.

Refrigerator installation varies with whether a water line to the unit already exists.
New electrical circuits, gas lines and water supply lines are not included — we work with the hookups already in place.

Home appliance repairs run from $179 for a microwave to $449 for a refrigerator. Commercial equipment runs $199 – $1,299 depending on the unit. Full ranges are in the tables above, and you get the exact number on site before any work starts.

The inspection is $89 for home appliances and $129 for commercial equipment, and it covers the visit and the diagnosis. If you approve the repair, that fee comes off the total — so a repair done is an estimate free. Emergency inspections are charged separately and are not credited.
