Water entering when it should not — typically a leaking inlet valve or a fill tube that has frozen and back-filled. On bins it is the bin thermostat or a door seal letting warm air in.
Ice Quality or Taste Issues
Scale, an old filter, or a bin that needs sanitising. On commercial machines this is a health inspection matter as much as a service one, and it is part of what we handle.
Cloudy or Hollow Cubes
